Hello, My name is Ian Garrow, and I am an Audio Engineer residing in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. I am a graduate of Ex’pression College for Digital Arts with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Sound Arts. I specialize in Music & Video Production, Record Engineering, Audio Post Production, and DAW Software Programs.

I became interested in music when I started playing the drums at age five. I then moved on to the piano and eventually found the bass. My experience with these instruments has given me a unique perspective on music and how it is created. I know how much work is involved to write a piece of music and I know how to treat it correctly. I have also studied in classes as well as on my own a great deal of music theory, thus giving me a deeper and more solid understanding of music. After enrolling in college, I found a second passion for video production.

Recently, I have also taken an interest in photography and decided to buy my first DSLR a few months ago. In addition to my professional work, I enjoy taking photographs during my spare time. I have posted some of my favorites on my site, so please feel free to have a look at my Photos section
