Upfront estimates will be provided before starting work on you project. Discounts are available by packaging two or more of the services together (ex: mixing and mastering). I will always keep you updated with the project’s timeline and costs.

How can I send you my files?

I am a Dropbox user and will open my account with you if you would like to transfer any material over the web. Sending and receiving files over Dropbox is very easy to do.

How will I receive the final files?

The finished product can be delivered in the format you request. If you wish to have the files delivered on physical media you will be responsible for providing the media as well as covering any shipping costs.

How does payment work?

I am a Paypal and Square user. So the options of paying via Paypal and credit cards are open. For those who don’t like making payments online, a check or cash is always acceptable as well. A 50% retainer will be required before work begins on your project. The second 50% of the payment will be requested once the finished product is sent.

Are there any additional costs?

No. Each project has its own cost and rate that will be set before work begins. I do offer two revisions to work once I deliver the product to you, and the work done to meet those requests are done for free.

Can I have the session files when we’re done?

Yes. The project files will be included with the finished product.

How long will my project take to complete?

The standard time frame is about 3 weeks from start to finish. If you have specific time requirements, let me know so we can discuss how I can help with your project.

Do I need any tools or software?

You do not (with the possible exception of Dropbox for transfers). All the software and hardware tools are on my end. At my disposal are large format analog and digital mixing consoles from brand such as SSL, Neve, and Avid (Digidesign), as well as many outboard hardware effect processors, plug in bundles as well as a sound effects library of over 130GB.

How do I give feedback during my project?

Feedback is encouraged anytime throughout the process. My estimates compensate for 2-3 revisions based upon your feedback. In my experience, this is typically enough time for completion of most projects.
